Once we receive your order, our customer service personnel input your orders into the Medallion Fulfillment & Logistics order processing system. This allows us to track your orders and inventory in our computer system and to generate inventory and sales reports as you need them.
Our customer service reps then print out an invoice, packing slip, pick ticket, and shipping label for each order. These documents are then batched and sent to our warehouse team for picking & packing.
Our Pick & Pack service includes a quality control triple check of each order before it is shipped to assure completeness and accuracy of every order that leaves our warehouse.

We can either download batched orders from your online internet or e-commerce store control panel or you can email the order batches to us for processing.
